You would be surprised at how many of you are wearing the wrong bra size. Choosing the right bra could make or break your outfit.

From unwanted boob spillage to ugly back fat, it could be the most important part of your wardrobe. Having a bra that fits your shape and size is key to feeling confident and comfortable and let’s face it the girls need maximum support, with a natural shape and of course a sexy cleavage!

Try this simple method as the first step is to identify your correct bra size.

  • Take a measuring tape and measure around your chest, just under your breasts and around your back. The tape should rest flat on your skin.  Add 2 – 3 inches to the measurement and this is your band size.
  • For your cup size, the measuring tape should go around the fullest part of your breasts.
  • The difference between your band measurement and your cup measurement will reveal your cup size as in the example below:personal-fashion-styling-perth-enhance-your-style

1″ = A cup,   2″ = B cup,   3″ = C cup,   4″ = D cup,   5″ = DD cup,   6″ = DD or F cup.

Of course another alternative is to go to a bra fitting store.

They specialise in this field, so don’t be afraid to ask for their assistance.

So take some time to determine your bra size and try different styles until you get the desired fit.

It could be the perfect finish.  No, the perfect start to your outfit.
